Subah Uthne ke Fayde | Insta Desi Nuskha

Der Raat tak kaam kar ke subah der tak sona kise achhaa nahi lagta... Par kya aap jante hai ki subah der tak sone ki bajaye agar aap jaldi jaage ge to ye apke health ke liye bahut fayde mand hoga or subah uthne se apka dimag bhi tez or fresh hoga.
Isliye sabhi ko subah jagne ki adat dalni chahiye.

 1):- Subah uthne se apka din bada ho jata hai or apko samay jayada milta hai.
Jo samay aap so kar Barbad karne wale the wo apke dincharyaa me jud jata hai.
Is badhe huye samay ko aap apne kaamo me laga skte hai or phir aap mahsus karenge ki apka sara kaam samay par pura ho raha hai or jab aap dekhenge ki aapka sara kaam samay par pura ho gaya to ap khud ko halka or sukun mahsus karenge.

2):- Aaj kal bhag daur ki zindagi me aap khud ke liye samay nahi nikal pate hai or nahi khud ka khayal rakh pate hai.
To aap apne dincharay me thora sa badlao la kar subah jaldi uth kar apne liye samay nikal sakte hai.

3):- Body or Health ke liye sabse achha time subah ka hota hai...
Subah kiya gaya wayayam apke sehat or dimag ko fresh rakhta hai. Subah ki thandi hawa man ko shanti deti hai or apko pure din behtar mahsus karati hai.

4):- Office jane wale log apne family ke liye samay nahi nikal pate khas kar jinke bache hote hai. Subah uthne se pahle bache school Chale jate or sham ko office se aane se pahle so jate..
Aise Mata Pita ko chahiye ki subah jaldi uthe or apne bacho ko bhi uthaye or unke sath sair par jaye unko time de.
