2) Sidhiyo ka paryog :- Office or ghar pe lift ka paryog karne ke bajaye sidhiyo ka paryog kiya kre q ke parti din ke excise se apka dil sahi rahega.
3) Colestrol par Control :- Aise aahar ka sewan kare jisse colestrol ghate ya badhe nhi jaise seb or santare ka roz sewan kare or hari sabjiyo ka sewan kare.
4) Brown Rice :- Brown rice me namak, colestrol or charbi naam matra ki hoti hai
Ye blood pressure ko control me rakhne ke liye kafi labhdayak hai.
5) Lahsun :- Lahsun ne elicine hota hai jo naytrice acide ko badhata hai or haddiyo ko aaram pahuchata hai jisse blood pressure ki problem ho usse daily khali pet lahsun ki 2 kali khani chahiye.
6) Aawla :- Aawla bahut fayde mand hota hai blood pressure wale logo ko aawla khana chahiye ye blood serculation ko badhata hai or colestrol ko v control me rakhta hai.
7) Muli :- Muli khane se blood pressure control me rahta hai isse kacha ya daily paka kar khana chahiye.
8) Nimbu :- High blood pressure hone par aadhe nimbu ka ras aadhe glass pani me dal kar 2-2 ghante ke antar me piye isse blood pressure jaldi control me ho jayega.
9) Tulsi :- Tulsi ke patte ko pis kar 20 gram pani me daily khali pet piye isse bhi blood pressure control me rahega.
10) Papita :- High blood pressure ke marizo ke liye papita bahut labhdayak hota hai isse daily chaba chaba kar khaye.
